cover letter for job posting from state labor board

need suggestions for a cover letter for a job posting received from my local
state labor board... i checked the microsoft website and couldn't find
anything, checked google as well..

This newsgroup generally deals with how to use Word, not about the content
of Word documents.

When I search for "cover letter" in Google, I get something over 7 million
hits. One of them is sure to help.
