Countifs formula for either two condition

I have a excel like this


Location ID Activity % completion

1. ABC LHS Shifting
Lifting 0%
Fixing

RHS Shifting
Lifting 100%
Fixing

2. DEF LHS Shifting
Lifting 100%
Fixing

RHS Shifting
Lifting 100%
Fixing

3. GHI LHS Shifting
Lifting 0%
Fixing

RHS Shifting
Lifting 0%
Fixing


I want to count the locations where lifting is 100% (irrespective of whether its LHS or RHS). in the above example the result should be 1,1 7 0 respectively.
