Count Only Yes checks in Access Report

I have a field in a table that is a Yes/No field indicated by a check for Yes
(the default is No). I have created a report based on this table and have
created expressions to either Sum or Count the other fields as required in
the report footer. Now I need to be able to count the number of "Yes" answers
in the report footer for this particular field. I just need to know how many
people checked Yes. I have tried several different expressions but can't seem
to come up with the right one. I am a simple Access user and have taught
myself what little I know, so I've had no training that could help me with
this. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
