Hi

I have a mail backup (Export from Microsoft office outlook 2003 –
11.5608.5606)
It's 139 MB
I got this error when I import it
"error have been detected in the file …… quit outlook and mail-enabled
applications, and then use the inbox repair tool (scanpst.exe) to diagnose
and repair errors in the file "
The inbox repair tool (scanpst.exe) show this screen

### Items without a folder: 0
### Items without a folder will be placed in a folder called Lost & Found.

Then I press repair and I got the message repair complete
File size after repair is
Then I got this error when I import it again
"Could not complete the operation, One or more parameter values are not valid"

So what can I do to resolve this problem?

Never export to a PST to make a backup. You lose data that way. Just make
a copy of your existing PST while Outlook is closed.

Never import a PST to restore it. You lose data that way. Just open the
PST with File>Open>Outlook Data File.
