Corsair XMS3200 or XMS 3500

I am planning to purchase the P4P800 deluxe, I am not too sure which ram to
get either the XMS3200 or the XMS 3500.

On the Asus websites it states PC3200/2700/2100 non-ECC DDR SDRAM memory.
Does that mean by buying the 3500 there will be no added advantage?

No advantage to anything over pc3200 if you are not going to overclock. And
if you are not going to OC in any fashion, there are much cheaper memory
solutions that will run as well as the Corsair at stock speeds, such as
Crucial or Geil. Geil PC3200 dual (2x256) is going for $100.

If you are going to overclock to take advantage of the PC3500, make sure
your system cooling is adequate.

Yes I am planning to overclock, with the cooling, is the standard heatsink
adequate with the PC3500?
I will have 2 fans standard at the back of the case, two fans in the PSU, on
side fan on the case.
Should this be adequate?

Suggestion
Have the side panel fan opposite the cpu blowing in, I switched mine
from sucking air to blowing air in on the cpu fan/hs. Dropped my cpu
temps by 4 degress C.

Hi,

Let me know what happens in this regard, I am also interested in knowing
what benifit there is in getting the faster memory and whether it is worth
the extra money.

The Corsair site says that there PC3700 modules were tested with the ASUS
P4C800 MAINBOARD, so they obviously work.
