Corrupted aic78u2.sys file help

ok i created boot disks and when i run them on boot disk
3 an error message pops up sying that the file aic78u2.sys
is corrupted please help me i need this os to work!!

Get a new disk to replace Disk 3 and create the boot disks again.

Does the machine not support booting from CD? What type of controller is
the main drive connected to? Do you need to specify third party controller
drivers during boot?
