Corrupt Display

I dont know if anyone has experienced this but out of the blue my display became corrupt. There are coloured lines and blocks covering part of the screen and they even appear on the boot up and start up screens. I'm not sure if there is a conflict somewhere on the computer or that the graphics card has gone bye byes. Any Suggestions?

My graphics card is a Medion 9600TX, and its running on Windows XP SP2.

I can post a screen dump if that helps any?

Sorry to say, but yes that looks like a graphics card problem ... especially as you are experiencing problems with boot screens.

Get it checked out by using another known good card.

Could also be the monitor.... have you tried an alternate ?...
