Correcting start-stop time for US Holidays

How do I correct Holiday time on Outlook calender to 12AM, not 2AM? The
24-hour start stop time is 2AM to 2AM. It is annoying seeing holidays on
calendar spread over 2 dates.

Check your Outlook and Windows time settings to ensure they are correct for
your time zone - also check the Daylight Savings Time settings to ensure
they match across Outlook and Windows.
