Correct group? Why does Microsoft keep changing the file uxtheme.dll in every version of SP2 ?

This is a pain in the neck. I wish Microsoft would stop changing the file
uxtheme.dll in Windows XP service packs. Microsoft only came up with 4
themes in the plus pack, and most users want much more choice than that. I
loved Windows 98 Plus, as it came with many many themes, and one could build
their own without much trouble. But with XP, you had to change the file
uxtheme.dll in order to use your own created themes and styles.

Please reconsider this, and make uxtheme.dll more user friendly.
