Copying user settings to new domain?

We're in the process of retiring an NT file, print and login server.
I've migrated the accounts to the new win 2003 server using the Active
Directory Migration Tool, but when the XP users log in their settings
are gone. In c:\Documents and Settings there are folders for the same
user at OLDDOMAIN and NEWDOMAIN. How do I copy the My Documents folders
etc. for that user from the old domain to the new AD domain?
 
You should have upgraded your NT 4 server to 2003. Now your system thinks it
has a new domain and new users.

The nt4 server is a pentium 200 w/192mb ram. I haven't actually looked
at the minimum resource requirements for 2003, but...
