Copying the network shares

Hi All,

I need to upgrade a Win2k file server to new hardware (new box).

So I need something that allows me to copy the shares existing on
SERVER1 to some temporary file (?), then remove SERVER1 from the domain
and shut it down, rename SERVER2 to SERVER1 and have it join the domain
and then apply to it the shares coming from the old SERVER1.

What can I use to do this?

Thanks!
