Copying / Pasting columns

I am trying to copy a word 2003 document, consisting of two columns,
graphics, and various other forms of formatting into another word document
(also 2003). I have tried to copy via the paste special options but it
either loses the columns, only copies one page or doesn't appear at all. I
have tried via the 'select all' option to make sure I grab all the info. I
have tried sneaking it in a text box, but to no avail. Is there a secret I
am missing here ?

Well one thing that you are missing is that this is a Microsoft Access forum!
Try asking in a Word forum.
