Copying DVD's

I'm thinking of getting a DVD burner with the thought in mind of sometimes
copying DVD movies that I own. I ran across a program called DVD Copy
Pro that says it will also copy copy-protected DVD's (as long as one is
mindful
of the copyright laws) for $24.98. Does anyone know if this is a reliable
