Outlook Copying details of meetings in Outlook

I frequently have the need to do this as may be arranging a series of meetings with the same attendees but with subtle differences so i cant use recurrence. How can you do this in as efficient a way as posible, you cant grab and cut/paste a list of attendees from one meeting to a new one?

An ideas?
