Copying content and formats to another worksheet

How do you copy an exact replica of a portion of one worksheet to another
worksheet. I need the content and formatting (column and row widths, fonts
colors, etc.) duplicated exactly. I've tried Edit/Paste Special but the
column and row height settings don't copy over. Thanks.

Right-click on sheet tab > Move / Copy
Check "Create a copy" > OK
(This usually works for me)
