copy web account folders

Outlook only downloads messages in my inbox
and does not download messages from my folders of pop account.
how to fix it?
I had been using web version of my email account and have organized messages
in folders on the account.(all this is online/on server)

Now, I wish to use Outlook and recieve the mail to my folders
but Outlook only recieves messages dorected to inbox and not from filtered
folder of my web account.
any solutions..?

POP can't download anything that isn't in your mailbox's inbox, sorry. Does
your ISP support IMAP? Might work....
