Copy Picture

When I select some text and copy it, either to word, excel or a thrid party
program, each as a picture, the formating changes and I can fathom why.

For example, in order to copy wide formatting, in Page Setup.., I change the
portrait to landscape mode. I then select and copy the wider text, and then
paste it as a picture to either of those other programs. In each case, the
text is rearranged but not by me. It seems to repeatedly go back to portrait
width. Yet on one occasion it did copy correctly, and I didnt note how I did
it that time.

Im sure there is an easy answer, I just dont know what to change. Answers??

Thanks

Hey, its all to do with section breaks. If you want to have some of you
pages portrait, and some landscape, you have to insert a section brea
before each page change.

For instance, you have the beginning of your document as portrait (fo
example), then you want to bang in a landscape thing. So on your las
portrait page go to Insert, Break, Section Break, Next Page and a ne
page will appear. Then go to setup and select Landscape. Then if yo
only want that one landscape page, and to go back to portrait, inser
another Next Page section break and change the new page back t
portrait.

Make sense
