Copy folder design

hi
I do not find a right answer in previous Q&A for Outlook 2003 - Mails
I have created a lot of folder under Inbox and under outbox to sort incoming
and outgoing mails
I have to repeat one each folder the "field chooser" process and move out
the field autaomatically setup by Outlook
Help gives a method to copy the folder design, which seems to be the
solution to repeat one desing display to another folder
Unfortunately Copy Folder Design does not show up
Where is the trick?
Below is the outlook2003 procedure

Copy the design of a folder
On the Go menu, click Folder List.
In the Folder List, click the folder you want to copy.
On the File menu, point to Folder, and then click Copy Folder Design.
In the Copy design from this folder box, click the folder you want to copy
the design from. Under Copy design of, click the properties you want to copy.

Can anybody help?
Thanks
Jac

Copy Folder Design is a feature available only when you have a connection to a Microsoft Exchange mailbox in your Outlook profile.

I suspect that what you want to "copy" is views. That's not really necessary. Go to View | Arrange By | Current View | Define Views and create a new named table view with its scope set to "on all mail folders." Add the fields you want to see. You will then be able to invoke that view on any other folder as you need it.
