1 How do I copy contacts in Outlook 2003 and install them into Outlook in
another computer.

2 How do I copy my copy address book from Outlook Express then install into
Windows Mail into another computer.

Mr Duck,
From within Outlook / Outlook Express, export Address Book as CSV
file.

Then, in Windows Mail, import the CSV (Comma Separated Values) file...

(Same thing for copying contacts in Outlook > Outlook on another PC.)

You missed the point, this is not a question related to the operating system,
it's a question related to Outlook , and could be better answered using that
newsgroup to ask your question.

yes it is winsp and i want to move it to my laptop and its os is vista homep.

You are misunderstanding DL's reply to you. Regardless of what
operating system you are running, your question is not about Windows
XP, it is about Outlook. So the question doesn't belong here in a
Windows XP newsgroup. Not only does it not belong here, but you are
much more likely to get the help you need if you would instead ask in
an Outlook newsgroup, which is where the Outlook experts hang out.

If you're moving to the same or newer version of Outlook on another
computer, you can export in .pst file format. If going to a computer with
an older version of Outlook, use the CSV file type.

I know that Office 2000 and 2003 have an update available for auto backup of
your personal folder in Outlook. It is saved in pst file format to a
location of your choosing and how often your choosing. When restoring from
this pst file, you can pick and choose what to restore as the contacts
folder contents within the Personal folder as an example.

My experience, my 2 cents.
