Copy and Pasting in Email

I open a word attachment from outlook 2007 in word 2007 copy some of the text
to send it to a friend and paste it in a new email. The pasted text comes up
in extremley small text unable to read and when I increase the size of the
text I find it is all reversed, every word in the sentence is spelt
backwards. I am using Vista as my operating system can anyone help please.

Sounds totally odd.
What is the result if you use "Paste Special" then choose "Unformatted
text".
Paste Special is in the drop down Paste list - 1st button in the Message
Ribbon.

Many thanks for that yes unforamtted text did work about 70% as it is
'without formatting' so I tried formatted text RTF and this worked 99%. Just
to complete the picture. If I opened the attachment in word and changed some
of the text in there it copied this correctly only the original document went
haywire. Again thanks for releasing me from my turmoil.

that's a workaround but I'm baffled as to why it happens. If you want to
follow up on the possible cause I suggest trying a Word group.
