Copy and Paste to a Text Box

I've created a text box in a spreadsheet for comments. I have text in
another part of the spreadsheet that I want to copy into the text box (rather
than having to retype it - just lazy). I've tried the copy/paste icons and
I've also tried Ctrl C/Ctrl V, but neither seem to work.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I've searched the FAQ's as well
as Excel Help and can't seem to find answer.

when you click on the border of the text box which you want to copy from,
then past it to anywhere you want. (you probably could not select the text
box correctly)
