Copy and Paste help needed - tia!

Let me start by saying I do not know Excel hardly at all. Also, what I am
using it for is I suspect somewhat different than the average user here.
I sell on ebay, and I have roughly 15000 items up. While the item title and
item pictures are different for each item, everything else is exactly the
same, description, price, shipping, all of it. I have a CSV file of my
listings from ebay, and I need to do some editing on my items. For example,
I want to change the price on everything from $19.99 to $21.99, as ebay's
fees went up, as did some other expenses of mine. I open excel and my CSV
file, I go to the column already labeled price, and the entire column is
$19.99. How can I paste this single value, $21.99, over the $19.99, without
having to do it one cell at a time?
All the editing and revising I'm doing is like this...simply replacing
data. no formulas, nothing like that.
Any advice / help / pointers is greatly appreciated!
thanks

Let's assume that your prices are in column D - you want to change
19.99 to 21.99 throughout this column, and the quickest way is to use
Find and Replace.

Highlight column D by clicking on the D at the top of the column, then
do CTRL-H to pull up the Find/Replace dialogue panel. In the Find What
box enter 19.99 and in the Replace With box enter 21.99, then click
Replace All. Note that if you have any prices like 119.99 these will
become 121.99.

If you have any other prices which you want to change, then just repeat
the procedure and put the appropriate values in the boxes, but be wary
of just replacing 9.99 to something else (eg 10.99), as 19.99 would
become 110.99.

If you want to save the file back as a .csv file, then use File | Save
As and ensure that you have CSV selected in the File Type box, then
give the file another name if you do not want to over-write your
current file.

Hope this helps.

Assuming these are hard-coded numbers and not formulas.

Enter 21.99 in an unused cell.

Copy that cell.

Select your range to change and Edit>Paste Special>Values>OK>Esc
