copy and paste excel charts as same size

I have a workbook that I need to make many charts in. And most of
these charts are the same from page to page, just with data from a
different sheet &/or series.
I want to copy and paste one chart several times and then update the
data series. However, when I paste, the chart always comes out about
75% of the size of the original. How can I copy and paste and keep
the sizing in tact? I'm using Excel 2002 SP3.

Thanks,
Laurie

A couple ways worked for me. You didn't specify that you were pasting copies
of the chart onto the same worksheet and then scrolling down or over... The
two examples below create new sheets; does not paste onto the same sheet
over and over.

First way. Create your data and chart within one sheet. The right click on
the sheet tab at the bottom, select "Move or Copy", and then check the
"Copy" option at the bottom. When you hit OK, you will have a duplicate of
the origional page renamed as sheet1(2). You can rename it as you prefer
now. If yours is like mine, the new page is exactly the same. Modify the
series.

Second way. When you create your origional chart, during the last step of
the chart wizard (step 4) choose as a new sheet. Then you can repeat the
first method above, copying one sheet over and over.

Hope this helps!

Yes, I suppose telling you that I am pasting them onto the same sheet
would've helped!! I have too many charts to create to make them all
on their own pages. I would definitely surpass the limit of
worksheets.

What I need to do is copy 4 graphs from Sheet 1. Paste them to Sheet
2. Then copy and paste those 4 a number of times below the originals.

So, I'm guessing that you don't know how to keep them the same size
while copying and pasting in the same worksheet...?

If anyone can help me, please please please help shed some light on
this. I've got about 75 - 100 charts to make, which will take quite
some time anyways - I would really prefer to copy & paste them.

Thanks,
Laurie

Actually - I just figured it out - once again I overlooked something
simple. I had the sheets with the charts on it zoomed to 75%, so
that's why when I copied and pasted, it would paste 75% smaller. I've
moved the zoom back to 100% - and it copies and pastes fine. Wish I
had thought of that sooner!!!

Thanks,
Laurie
