Cooling Project (Can you feel the breeze?)

Hello Everyone,

n00b to this newsgroup, but i do know a little about hardware. Anyways I
want to cool my pc for some reason it's hotter than the rest maybe it's
my pos case or something, anyways my specs are:

AMD 2500+ @ 2ghz (i can't go any high than this i want to go to 2.2ghz,
i raised the voltage to 1.75 and i can successfully boot to windows with
2.2ghz but man it is unstable like hell!!! It crashes even though the pc
is idle...This is the reason i'm doing this cooling project to get to 2.2)
Stock heatsink with stock pad
Asus A7n8x-e Deluxe
512mb Twinmos pc3200 ram x2
ati 9600xt 128mb
wd caviar se 120gb
win xp pro sp1
one CHEAP and i mean CHEAP case $20cnd, the steel is so CHEAP it makes a
can of soup look good I am never making this mistake again.
1 80mm intake
2 80mm exsaust

Temps:
cpu
idle:52-57c load: only god knows
case
usually 28-32c

My plans:
-Get rid of the crappy pad and use some quality as5
-Replace the 80mm intake with a good ol 120mm
-cut some bigger holes at the back so exsaust air can actually flow out

any suggestions on how to make my temperatures lower and how to reach
the big 2.2 stabley?

Get a mobile 2500 and do 2.5ghz at 1.75 volts stable ?

12.5X200 :)

Try a 120mm front intake if no 120hole cut one like i did :)

Might try 120mm intake on the side as well another hole to cut, just
run them at 7volts so to keep the noise down,
