converting Works7.0 files to Word2003,what would be the best type.

I am converting all my Works7.0 documents to Word2003 by using the "save as"
in the file menu.
What would be the best "save as type name" in the drop down menu (Rich Text
Format -Text file-Word 6.0- etc.) to save it to ?
What format would easly convert to another word processor program when I
send the document as an attachment to an e-mail or cut & paste my resume
into a companies job application web site ? Would the document still keep the
bold type, spacing etc.
Thanks for your help

Tricky one this. Word 2003 will open your Works 7 docs so there is no need
to convert them for your own use, but you could save them as Word document
format. For the maximum compatibility with web sites for your resume, you
should be thinking in terms of plain text - which will of course lose your
formatting, but it means that it is more likely to be read by a potential
employer. Otherwise be guided by what the potential employer requests.

And Rich Test (RTF) is a good choice for import into any word processor.
