converting hours:min:ss to years:days:etc.

One of our IT guys has asked me how to convert a transfer rate calculation
into years/days/hours/minutes, etc. -- he wants to show how long different
transfer modalities take to backup files. He's started a calculation with a
number representing total seconds (in general format) and then re-formats
that to hh:mm:ss. However, those turn out to be huge numbers and he wants to
get something more user-friendly, as in: It'll take x years (or days), x
hours, x minutes.

I can't figure this out for him. The number should be a number, not
date-dependent.

Help??

Thanks --

With 5.08 in Cell A1,
=INT(A1)&" Years "&ROUND(MOD(A1,1)*12,2)&" Months"

Yields, '5 Years 0.96 Months'

Hey, thanks ryguy7272!! I passed this on to my IT friend and after a moment
of head-scratching, his face lit up. He's been a great friend and I wanted to
help but couldn't. :)
