converting H drive to fat 32

I recently had to have the mother board and processor replaced because they
somehow got fried. What they mean by fried is a question they never
answered. Before they replaced them the computer's 'H' hard drive was fat
32; when I got the computer back, 'C' drive was still the 'NTSF' it was
supposed to be but the 'H' drive was no longer fat 32. My 'C' drive has tons
of room on it but the 'H' drive doesn't. Every time I try to download
something on 'C' a message comes up saying 'H' drive doesn't have room and
needs to be cleaned up. I don't care how much I use disk cleanup, I still
don't have any room and I can't defrag the 'H' drive either. Please HELP ME.

It sounds like you have Windows installed on the "H" drive. Is this the
case? Changing the file format from NTFS to FAT32 will not give you
more room. Only removing files from the drive will do that. Since you
didn't tell us what is *on* the two drives, I can't give you more
specific help.

Generally, to make more room on a drive you would back up data to
external media such as CD/DVD disks and then delete the data from the
hard drive. If you have large programs installed that you no longer
want, uninstall them from Add/Remove Programs. If Windows is installed
on the "H" drive and you have large programs installed that you wish to
keep, uninstall them and then reinstall them onto the drive with more
room.

If you want more help, post back with a better description of your
system.
