Converting email into a calendar appointment

In Lotus Notes you can select an option while you are reading an email that
allows you to make that email into an appointment or meeting in the calendar.
The text of the email shows up in the notes section of the appointment.

Is there a way to do the same in Outlook or do I need to cut and paste?
