converting degrees into degrees, minutes and seconds

can anybody tell me if it is possible for excel to display and degree in
decimal in to degrees minutes and seconds ?

for example :

70.461 as 70 27' 39.6" any help much appreciated

to everybody did find the answer almost immediately after posting, but thanks
anyway.

It works a treat, well the method of using /24 and [h]mm.ss , but the custom
method didn't work.
