converting cv from word to website

Have been looking for jobs on the net and have tried to
look up my cv from word. when i try to do this the error
message tells me that i don't have a doc. document. how
do i get one of those? how does this work? please help.

Perhaps you could explain in some greater detail what exactly you are trying
