Converting BIN files to ISO program

T

The Seabat

Is there a freeware utility that can convert BIN to ISO,
extract/edit/create ISO files directly, make bootable CDs and as a
BIN/ISO converter/extractor/editor?

I'm looking for something similar to WinISO found here:
www.winiso.com/

I've got a bunch of BIN files that are encoded? to burn as VCD format
to a CD-R and I want to bunch them together and burn them to a DVD to
make one disc for the movie. Any ideas?
Thank you.

This is the one I've used for a long time now. Not one
problem and it is small and easy to use.

This app was suggested in a recent post about Daemon Tools. Website
says it does most of what you want. Haven't tested.

Perhaps, but converting to ISO doesn't always work.

VCD's must be burned in a mode that ISO doesn't support. It's very long ago
that I read about this, so I can't explain it anymore, sorry.
In your case, I would mount the BIN with Daemon Tools and then use the disk
copy function of your Cd burner.
Another option would be to extract the MPEG using VCDgeargui.

And it was OT then, and it's OT now.
Freeware is what we do here.
Your suggestion is not freeware.

Thanks, Bambam... Somehow I hadn't caught that at the time. It's been
crossed off my list of candidates.

Izarc is supposed to convert bin to iso, nrg to iso ,etc. Haven't tried
it myself but it's in the documentation.
