Converting Ami Pro Docs in Word 2003?

I still have some documents in Ami Pro that I would like to be able t
open in Word 2003. I still have the text converter that I was usin
successfully in Word 2000 - can I (and if so, how) install it for us
in Word 2003?

Install the Ami332.cnv converter file in the same folder as used for Word
2000 - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\TextConv.
