Converting a webpage with frames to a table with cells

In FrontPage 2003

What is the best way to convert an already completed website page using
frames to a table format?

On created webpage I selected ALL and copied. Then I clicked new page, used
table layout of one table for page and pasted all. Layout is fine, but when
I went to put in table background only some of the table cells filled in with
the color.

When I clicked on cells without color and selected BG color the color still
did not fill in.

Help there must be an easy way to convert webpages created to tables.

There is no simple way to do this. You'll have to re-create the pages one
by one.
