Hi

I'm working with MS Powerpoint 2003 ,and I have some question:
1) Is there anyway to convert a .pps file into .ppt or .pot ,or in other
word to get the templete design of a .pps and store it as .pot?
2) Is there anyway to have a relation with MS access or other databases
through this software in order to fetch some information from their tables?

Any help would be thankful.

1) Very simple. Just use one of the file tools to change the extension
letter. PPT and PPS files are identical in content, the changed extension
tells the PowerPoint program which view to open it in.

2) Excel and PowerPoint get along pretty well. As near as I can tell,
Access doesn't get along with anything without putting up a fight. Well, I
take that back. People, that are far better at database management, have
done some amazing things with Access and PowerPoint. How much information
are you trying to incorporate?

Thanks

For your second question,I should say that I need to fetch the data from a
table in access and show the result of a simple select statement in a
table in powerpoint.
