You can convert it to a graphic (probably TIFF) by faxing it. Beyond that,
you can copy an entire page (which won't include the header/footer) and
Paste Special as Picture, then save the document as a Web page, which will
split the graphics out as GIFs or JPEGs. For what you want, however, your
best bet is a screen capture utility such as SnagIt. Not only can you get
screen captures, but you can "print" to the SnagIt "printer," which converts
Word pages to graphics in the desired format.
