Convert msg addresses to pst

G

Guest

I have a user that has all of his contacts in separate .msg files on disk (he
took these with him from another insitution - did not export as .pst file).
I am unable to convert them in Outlook or import them into the address book
on his new computer.

I searched for help on the web, but everything I find refers to .msg files
as messages and not addresses. Also, I have tried a couple of free programs
that are supposed to convert, but to no avail.

There are 1500 individual contacts, therefore, re-entering is not an option.
Any advice would be appreciated.

An msg file can be a contact, a note or e-mail. Mostly it is an email..
Did you try drag and drop? I tried and it worked very well. Just open
the directory and MS Outlook together (tiled) and drag the msg files to
the Outlook contact folder.
