Windows XP Convert Movie to RM

i have made a movie of 183kb (21mins long) in windows movie maker and want to convert it into real player for sharing and sending it to others but when i save the movie file taking any option it is saving only 30% how do i save the complete movie??

It might be worth trying to save the file as a lower quality/resolution WMV file, a 21 min movie is going to be a big file unless you reduce the quality to a very low level.
