controlling one list box by another

I want to be able to populate one list box based on the selection of another.

In other words, if I select apples, oranges, & bananas out of a long list of
fruits from the lstBox1,
I'd like the lstBox2 to show apples, oranges, & bananas. I'd also like to be
able to remove them if I need to.

I guess I have something in mind like the wizards with the single and double
arrows.

Can this be done? or anything similar to it?
