Folks:

START >> HELP & SUPPORT >> Invite a friend to connect to your computer
with Remote Assistance

The above options allow me to use Remote Assistance on my Windows XP system.
So far I have succeeded in inviting someone. But I notice that I can only
VIEW the screen.

* How can this Remote Assistance feature be configured to control/operate
the remotely control rather than just VIEWING the screen of the remote
machine.

Thanks,
John.

After a successful Remote connection to another computer, you will notice a
button called "Take Control" on your screen. Click it and it will ask for the
another person permission.

Hope this help, let us know!
