Control Panel Common Tasks doesn't show "Switch to Classic View"

On my Control Panel Common Tasks Pane, I can see only "See Also-", not the "Control panel-Switch the Classic View"

Paul, there's a double arrow inclosed by a circle. Click on it and you
should get the Switch to Classic View
Option.
