Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs

Hi:

I am trying to clean up my PC especially the listing of what programs are on
it, there seems to be a issue with removing the Icons for programs installed,
that are in actuallity no longer on the PC.. A few says that the unistall
file can not be found. Which lead me to believe that the folder for the
program is gone. Is there any way to remoove the icons from the Add/Remove
program list?
