I have 2 icons for Internet Options in my Control Panel. Both launch the

Open a run command and type in:
regedit.exe click [OK] and locate these two Keys, remove the extra Entry:
[-]HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ControlPanel\NameSpace
\Internet Options
[-]HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ControlPanel\NameSpace\InternetbOptions
HTH.

Seancito said:Unfortunately, the fix didn't work. There wasn't an entry for Control Panel
in the first key. There was in the second key, but no duplicate. We tried!
