Control Alt Delete (Taskbar) problems

Hey there- I seem to have a problem. When I hit CONTROL+ALT+DELETE and my
system taskbar comes up, there are no options! I mean there's no tabs at the
top, and I can't choose to shut down, or choose what processes I end, etc. I
took a screen shot, and you can check those out at:

Can anyone tell me what's goin on, what the problem is? Thanks!

It sounds as if you have Task Manager running in "Tiny
footprint mode". Double click the border to restore it to its
original appearance.
