Continuous page numbering across worksheets in a file

I have an Excel file with several worksheet. For each
worksheet, I've configured the Page Setup to show the
page number in the footer using the &[Page] variable.

Now, I need to print all the worksheets at one go, with
the following conditions:
(1) The first page number must start not at 1 but at a
certain user-defined number, say 5.
(2) All subsequent pages in the entire file must be
numbered sequentially; i.e., the page numbering should
not restart with each new worksheet in the file.

Is this possible?

Select all sheets(right click on the sheet tabs and choose select all sheets) and Print
Don't forget to ungroup the sheets

Also, to start the numbering at page 5......

File>Page Setup>Page>First page number. Change from "Auto" to 5.
