Content Advisor

I have set up content advisor on my childs computer. Since some of his
favorite sites are not rated I manually added them to the allow always list
by choosing the "allow always" choice, entering the supervisor password, and
clicking OK. He is then allowed access for a few hours or days but then
Content Advisor forgets the settings and starts blocking the site again. I'm
getting tired of re-authorizing these websites over and over and over. Has
anyone run into this before and know how to fix it?

Follow the instructions on this page. The file mentioned may be corrupt.

Please Check Your Content Advisor Settings for Missing Information
When you start Internet Explorer, you may receive the following error
message. Click the Tools menu and then click Internet Options. On the
Content tab check the Content Advisor settings.
