Content Advisor

I have windows XP on my sons computer and suddenly it
comes up saying he can't access sites. No one has set it
and it wants a supervisor password. Does anyone know of
a default password to fix this or have any suggestions?
Thanks for any help.

You must run regedit (start/run/type: regedit), than go to the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\ and
delete map Ratings. Restart internet explorer, and there should be no more
content advisor.
Before you go into registry, you must be carefull, because if you don't know
what you are doing, you might make situation even worse.

Hope this helps

Hi Tina , All you have to do is call micorsoft at 1-800-
936-5700 and tell them you need the content advisor fix
sent to you by email. They will send that out to an email
address and it resets any content information and you
should be back up and running after that.

Have a great day!! Denise
