Content Advisor Supervisor Password

I am having problems accessing various websites. The
Content Advisor pops up and asks for a Supervisor
Password. I've never set up a Supervisor Password on my
home PC. I am also unable to Disable CA, as I am again
asked for a Supervisor Password. Any suggestions?
