content advisor password

After downloading some updates back on July 8th. the
computor asked me to enter a content advisor password,
which I did. Since then, when the Contant Advisor window
pops up and I enter that password the advisor does not
recognize it and won't allow me access to the internet. I
can only receive and send e-mail on my AOL service. How
can I override, or disable the Content Advisor without
knowing what the computor would recognize as my password?
Our whole internet access is paralyzed until we can
overcome this problem.
