Content Advisor Approved Sites

Hi,
I have about 200 PCs set up between 3 cities. I would like to use Content
Advisor to restrict internet access. Can I create a list of approved sites
in a text document and import or copy/paste the list into each PCs Content
Advisor Approved Sites list, or do I have to input each site one at a time
into each PC?

Thank you for the response but I think I need to provide more information.

All PCs are running XP Pro and ie6. I know how to set up Content Advisor to
allow only the listed sites, my question is can I load a list of approved
sites into the Approved Sites list all at one time for each PC (import or
copy/paste) or do I have to type each site one by one into each PC?

(Can I make a text document of all approved sites and then import or
copy/paste this list into Content Advisors Approved Sites list?)
