I have over 600 Contacts, I'm using Outlook 2003. Some contacts are business
related, some family and friends. I don't want to delete any of them, but I
don't want to scroll through all of them when sending emails. ANyway of
streamlining this?

You can use 2 contact folders, one for business contacts and one for
private contacts. To show other contact folders in the address book you
have to set an option in the properties of the folder under
"Outlook-Addressbook".

Best Regards
Peter
